3 ½ - 4lbs Quarter Chicken Legs
1 Onion
1 Head of Garlic
1 ½ - 2tbs Sopita/Chicken Bouillon Cube- To taste
1 cup Cilantro
1 Lime
1 Orange
1 Cubanelle/Green Pepper
¼ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Cumin- optional
1 tbs Orégano
