Pandan Cake with Gula Melaka Buttercream

This is my most popular cake recipe so far. The cake is full of Pandan fragrance and it is paired perfectly with the Gula Melaka Buttercream. It is a light buttercream using a Swiss Meringue Buttercream recipe.

Notes:
Please note that the baking temperature and timing provided are what works for my oven and should also be regarded as a guide only. It may not work for your oven. Every oven behaves a little differently, so please adjust accordingly for your oven.

Other recommended methods:
170C (top and bottom heat) for 90 minutes - water bath.
150C (top and bottom heat) for 60 minutes - dry bake.
