I’m back!!!! | Vegan Crab Cake Pasta | B Foreal

I'm back y'all!!! And glad to be back! Been taking it easy, all pregnant and what not but I thank everyone who's been patiently waiting for me to return. Y'all the real MVP's! I hope y'all enjoy this recipe as much as I did making it. It bang! lol Thanks as always for watching! Love y'all!

Ingredients:

Alfredo Sauce:
1 tbl Vegan Butter
1 tbl olive oil
1 tbl minced garlic
1 can coconut cream
1 cup any unsweetened plain plant milk
1 1/2 head cauliflower
2 tbl nutritional yeast (optional)
sazon complete
cajun seasoning
garlic powder
pepper

2 tbl liquid from marinated artichokes
2 cups marinated artichokes (finely chopped)
1/2 cup spelt flour (any flour your prefer is fine)
2 tsp brown sugar (or whatever sugar you like)
1/4 cup shallot (chopped)
1/4 cup celery (chopped)
1 tsp Old Bay (for the culture)
1 tbl dulse flakes (bought on Amazon)
1 tsp lemon juice
salt & pepper to taste

Dredge Station for Crab Cakes:
1 bowl for Spelt flour (or your choice flour)
1 bowl for bread crumbs
1 bowl for unsweetened plant milk (any plant milk will do)
Peanut oil (or whatever oil you prefer)
