Quick Vegan Dips | B Foreal

Hey y'all! I'm back with another vegan recipe! Today is all about the dips. These are perfect for a Superbowl Sunday, potluck, or holiday dinner. Time to show off! Thanks as always for watching and don't forget to like, comment, share, and subscribe! Love y'all!

Vegan Buffalo Chicken Dip:

1 can Jackfruit in Brine, shredded (if it ain't in Brine, don't use it)
1/2 cup vegan ranch (you can make it or buy it)
1 package vegan cream cheese (let sit at room temp for 30min)
3/4 cup buffalo sauce
1/2 cup vegan cheddar cheese
2 tbl nutritional yeast
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder

Combine all ingredients, bake at 350 for 20 min, once complete, broil on top rack for 5 minutes. Serve with veggies or chips of choice.

Vegan Spinach Artichoke Dip:

1 can marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
1 package frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
1 package vegan cream cheese (let sit at room temp for 30min)
1/4 vegan sour cream
1/2 vegan mozzarella cheese
1 strong tbl garlic, minced
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper
shimmy of red crushed pepper

Combine all ingredients, bake at 350 for 15 min, once complete, broil on top rack for 5 minutes. Serve with veggies, bread, or chips of choice.

Walnut Taco "meat":

1 cup walnuts
1 cup black beans, rinsed
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbl cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 tbl garlic, minced
1 tsp maple syrup
1/2 lime, juiced

Place all ingredients in food processor, pulse into a crumble.

Guacamole:

2 ripe avocados
1/4 red onion (chopped)
1/2 tomato (diced)
1 jalapeno (seeded and finely chopped)
2 tsp fresh lime juice
1 tbl cilantro (finely chopped)
pinch of salt and a crack of pepper to taste

7 Layer Vegan Taco Dip:

1 can vegan refried beans
Guacomole
Walnut Taco "meat"
Vegan Sour Cream
Salsa or Pico de gallo
Sliced red onion
Cilantro
Scallion, chopped
