Learning From Your Mistakes in Watercolor

All of us have a stack of old paintings we don't ever want anyone to see! My advice is that you keep them. They are great teachers to help you identify your mistakes and weaknesses! They can also help you to see your progress over time. In this video I will show one of my old paintings and discuss the problems that I see in it. Then I will do a new painting of a very similar subject, showing how I would avoid making the same mistakes.
