Parent slams school board for playing 'word games’ by denying it doesn’t teach CRT

A Loudoun County parent has slammed a school board for playing “word games” by telling parents it doesn't teach CRT to students when their whole “model” is “education through critical race theory”.

Parent Ian Prior at a Loudoun County school in Virginia told Fox News teachers have been using "buzzwords" like "white privilege" or "white fragility" to enforce the controversial movement.

"Nobody is saying that they're teaching critical race theory as they would chemistry or AP physics,” he said.

"Their whole model is education through critical race theory. It's all over their documents. There's invoices that show that they're employing to critical race theory in their teacher trainings.

“I think the school is trying to play a little bit of a word game here and that's one of the things that I think is driving the frustration.

“We cannot get honesty from Loudoun County public schools.”

The Loudoun County school board in Virginia has come under fire in the last few months after hundreds of residents have called for public schools to stop teaching critical race theory and to not enforce a transgender protection policy for students.
