SHRIMP TACOS!!! The BEST shrimp tacos you willl EVER eat!!!

Today I am craving some crispy, crunchy, spicy shrimp tacos. Give this recipe a try! You will NOT be disappointed!!!

Taco filling:
1 lbs raw shrimp (cleaned and chopped into small pieces)
1 med orange bell pepper (diced)
1 med yellow bell pepper (diced)
1 small onion (diced)
1 large jalapeno (diced)
2 med tomatoes (diced)
4 cloves of garlic, crushed
4 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
salt and pepper to taste

Pico de gallo:
1/4 red onion
1 large jalapeno, chopped and de-seeded
2 medium tomatoes diced
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
zest and juice of 1 lime
salt and pepper
5 tbsp of your favorite Mexican hot sauce

I used store bought corn tortillas. I would not recommend using flour tortillas for this recipe.
