INGREDIENTS
1 lb large shrimp
1 bell pepper
1/2 medium-sized onion
3 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp lemon pepper
8 to 10 oz Oaxaca cheese
10 corn tortillas

BUTTER SAUCE
4 Tbsp unsalted butter
1/4 tsp Tajin chili lime seasoning
2 to 3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
