Ridding your life of chemical base, commercially made bath and personal hygiene products can be challenging and hopefully I've made it a little easier for you. In this DiY tutorial I’ll show you how this natural toothpaste is easy and simple to make and provides an alternative to those store bought products. Homemade Toothpaste recipe:

2 Tbsp Baking Soda
2 Tbsp Arrowroot Powder
1 Tbsp Bentonite Clay
2 Tbsp Aloe Vera gel
1 Tsp Distilled Water
2 Tsp Organic Honey (raw or liquid) or Stevia, Xylitol

Mix all dry ingredients together, then add wet ingredients and blend until smooth. Place in a jar with tightly fitting lid and store in a cool dry place.
