🌱🌱转眼又一年，瞬间已2月，春天来了，每当立春这天，民间会有吃春饼的习俗。我记得北京管这个习俗叫做"咬春"。

　　据说立春吃春饼的习俗起源于唐朝，因为立春时，地暖回温，万物复苏，许多蔬菜发出了鲜嫩的芽儿，人们脱去厚重的冬装，尽情享受品尝新鲜蔬菜的美味，用薄面皮包着时令蔬菜，卷成卷，寓意着五谷丰登。

　　春饼是用面粉烙制或蒸制而成的一种薄饼，食用时，常常和用豆芽、菠菜、韭黄、粉线等炒成的合菜一起吃。最好是薄如蝉翼，饼大如盘，这样比较利于卷入各种蔬菜。

　　老北京人立春吃春饼与普通的烙饼不一样，讲究用烫面，烙出来不仅要薄，而且一张春饼要能一分为二地揭开。饼里夹上菜，菜样一定要多，要荤素搭配，有酱肉、熏肚、肘子、等肉菜，当然还要有炒韭菜鸡蛋，粉丝、菠菜、炒豆芽等素菜。老北京吃春饼也喜欢吃盒菜，总之，随意性强，但到了季节要吃春饼的习俗是要有的。🍀

Of course, there are also vegetables such as fried chives and eggs, vermicelli, spinach, and fried bean sprouts. Old Beijing also likes to eat box dishes when eating spring cakes. In short, it is very casual, but there is a custom to eat spring cakes in the season.
