10' HSW with turnaround at 5' mark
𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐀𝐑𝐃𝐒👇
Bar Muscle Ups: open standard - you must show full extension at the top of each rep. Glide kip not allowed.
Power Snatch: bar must touch the ground at the bottom of each rep and full extension of the knees, hips, and arms must be met at the top of each rep.
HSW **PLEASE WATCH THROWDOWN FOR FULL STANDARD and scaling options
HSW starts at the 5ft mark. Walk 5' down and then you must turn on your hands back to the starting line. You must complete 10' UB including a full 180-degree turnaround. Note: 10ft Ub = 5ft walk, turn around on hands and back to 5ft mark.
