THE WORKOUTS
MONDAY - upper & abs
EMOM CIRCUIT (start each exercise every minute on the minute!) 10 reps per exercise, 4 rounds!
barbell bent over row
resistance band face pulls
hammer curls
military press
straight arm pull downs
skull crushers
ABS circuit - 30 secs per exercise, 3 rounds
cocoon crunch to V up
bicycle crunches
elbow to knee crunch into hand to foot
20 mins stairmaster to finish!
TUESDAY - lower body
barbell pause squats - 8 reps X 5
barbell static lunges - 8 per leg X 3
barbell glute bridges - 10 reps X 4
sumo deadlifts - 8 reps X 3
hip thrusts - 10 reps X 4
walking lunges - 20 reps X 4
WEDNESDAY - hiit and abs
30 secs per exercise, 4 rounds!
alternating quick feet into in and out jumps
4 punches into 2 half burpees
high knees with pause
full body star jumps
leg kicks
walk out into mountain climbers
ABS circuit - 30 secs per exercise, 3 rounds
sit ups into russian twist
figure 8s
ankle taps
leg raises
THURSDAY - upper & cardio
SUPERSET - shoulder press 10 reps into lateral raises - 10 reps. X 4
TRISET - incline press up - 8 reps into bent over flyes - 8 reps into tricep kickbacks - 8 reps. X 3
SUPERSET - arnold press - 8 reps into around the worlds - 8 reps. X 3
TRISET - single arm bent over row - 7 per arm into resistance band rows - 7 reps into resistance band face pulls - 7 reps. X 4
bicep curls - 21s. X 3
FRIDAY - lower body booty focused
hip thrusts - 10 reps X 10 sets
bulgarian split squats - 8 per leg X 5
dumbbell sumo squats - 10 reps X 3
SUPERSET - goblet squats - 8 reps into glute bridges - 8 reps. X 4
barbell curtsey lunges - 12 reps X 3
