How To Relieve a Pinching Shoulder [Using the Theragun]

A pinching shoulder can cause quite a bit of grief when we're in the gym.

More formally known as anterior shoulder pain, it most commonly occurs when the anterior structures of our shoulder (i.e. the muscles on the front) are overworked. This often occurs because of too much time spent training in front of us & not effectively balancing the muscles on the back.

This simple release with the Theragun can help to overcome this, by releasing the muscles that have become tightened due to overworking. By releasing these muscles, we can help to restore the shoulder to a more natural state, which helps to optimise it for movement.
