How to measure blood pressure-bp measurement. In this video I am going to show how You can measure Blood Pressure at home By bp machine(sphygmomanometer).
Follow the steps as shown in videos.
Blood pressure is a lateral pressure exerted by blood on blood vessels.The normal systolic pressure is 120 and diastolic pressure is 80.
SP/DP= 120/80
But this value vary on several factors like age,diet etc.
If You want to know your blood pressure add 100 to your age this will be your systolic pressure.
For example- If your age is 45 then your sp is 100+45=145mm of hg.
