Lower-Body Movement Drills for Leg Coordination and Strength
We put tons of effort into developing our legs' strength and flexibility, but very few of us really train lower-body coordination. So I made this video to show why you need to change that and how to do it using one of my favorite drills.

It's a shame nobody talks about leg coordination because there are very few situations where you need to apply leg strength that aren't pretty complex.
Look at any sport and you'll see the need to coordinate the joints of the ankle, knee, and hip with these long levers in between. So if you really wanna apply leg strength effectively, you need to have the coordination to do so, which is why most athletes train lower body agility drills.
