This Sandwich Tastes like Beef because of the BROTH... this is a Mushroom French Dip sandwich... vegan French dip and it's REALLY good. I remember when I was younger Arby's launched a French Dip sandwich and it was one of my first times trying such a thing. This was only a few years before I gave up meat for the first time so I only had it a few times but I remember REALLY enjoying it. I LOVE wet sandwiches. I've always been this way, the soggier the better if you ask me. So it's actually a little shocking to me that it took me this long to make a plant based version of this iconic sandwich!
This is a mushroom french dip sandwich like you've never had before. Thinly sliced, meaty goodness and all that flavor comes from... the broth!
