I had an idea to bbq chickpeas to make hummus... but then when I looked it up it looked like others did too... but I tried it anyway. I loaded up my grill with some apple wood and did a bbq smoke on the chickpeas then made hummus and I AM SO GLAD I DID because WOW... WOW it is good!

I just used the super simple but delicious @internetshaquille hummus recipe but smoked and it's WILD soooo.... One Can of Chickpeas will change the way you think about BBQ, I know it!!
