Using the Softest tofu possible to make MEAT

I've been experimenting with tofu firmness lately.. I want to find ways to make tofu meaty... and then make it meatier!
I wondered if the structure of silken tofu led more to a meaty, chewy mouthfeel then firm tofu would... and I was shocked.
