20 MIN ADVANCED PUSH UP PARTY - HIIT Workout - No repeat, no equipment

Get excited team - you're invited to my push-up party! This 20 min HIIT workout starts with some warm-up and core activation exercises and then we get straight into our PUSH-UP PARTY! Be ready for some serious upper body burn - it's time to GROW!!

Please remember that we all are different and that you can make this your OWN workout... take a longer break when you need to.

WORKOUT DETAILS

👉🏼 Duration: 20 mins
👉🏼 No Equipment
👉🏼 50 Sec Work, 10 Sec Rest
👉🏼 Level: Medium to Advanced
👉🏼 No Repeat

Also, this workout does not include any cool-down exercises, please be sure to stretch and give your body appropriate time to cool-down after completing the workout. Feel free to try one of my stretching workouts if you're looking for inspiration.
