ingredients 所需食材（50克月饼10个）：
for dough 饼皮面团:
75 g golden syrup 转化糖浆
25 g corn oil 玉米油
1/2 tsp (2.5 g) lye water 枧水
100 g all purpose flour 普通面粉
10 g coconut powder 椰子粉
1.5 tsp (4.5g) instant coffee 速溶咖啡
1 tsp (2.5 g) cocoa powder 可可粉
for filling 月饼馅:
100 g coconut 椰蓉
25 g cooked glutinous rice flour 熟糯米粉
25-45 g egg 蛋液
30 g sugar 糖
60 g dried cranberries 蔓越莓干
45 g butter 黄油
Preheat the oven to 365°F/185°C in advance, and bake at the middle rack for about 7 minutes then reduce to 335F/365C for another 8 minutes.
提前预热烤箱至185度，放中层先烘烤7分钟定型然后转165度继续烤8分种。
