Joe Newton 60 Year Old Bodybuilder Quest For Pro Card 2021 North Americans Chest (Push Day)

My name is Joe Newton and I’ve been training for the last year for the 2021 North Americans in Pittsburgh. This is my Push day which is chest, front Delt and triceps. My typical routine is push, pull and then legs over 3 days followed by a rest day. I’m very adamant about getting 8 hours of sleep whenever I can. On rest days I’ll actually try to sleep 10 hours for full recovery. Calories are about 2300 and I haven’t done any cardio in years. I’m a volume style trainer with lots of sets and reps.
