Joe Newton 60 Year Old Bodybuilder Quest for Pro Card 2021 North Americans Back Day (Pull Session 2)

Another pull training session that occurred early February 2021 7 months out from the 2021 North Americans. This is my video series on how a guy at 60 trains to attempt to get a Pro Card in the NPC. Hopefully I’ll be a heavyweight in the bodybuilding portion of the 2021 North Americans and also cross over to Classic Physique as well. As my videos will show I’m trying to stay close to show conditioning for almost a year prior to the contest. Staying lean (single digit body fat) and still training hard all year using an aggressive volume style training that utilizes several sets pyramiding up to a max set in the 10 rep range followed by 3-4 immediate drop sets. The next video I will do will be chest day or push session. Diet consists of egg whites, chicken, turkey, and beef. Carbs are potatoes, white rice and oats or cream of rice.
