Christmas Eve in Nicaragua is also known as Nochebuena. On this day Nicaraguans gather for Christmas feasts. We are taking part in this Nicaraguense Christmas Tradition by making Christmas Food of Nicaragua: Lomo de Cerdo Relleno (stuffed pork loin) and Valencia rice. We will share these international Christmas recipes and you can decide whether we Nailed it or failed it!
