STREET FOOD IN HAVANA

1. EL CRISTO DE LA HABANA
ADDRESS: Casa Blanca, Havana

🇨🇺 COQUITO: Coconut: Boil coconut, cinnamon and sugar for 30 minutes and then spread it on a dough biscuit. | Guava with Cheese: Add guava jam and cheese onto the same biscuit as the coconut.

ADDRESS: Obispo, Havana

🇨🇺CHURRO: Squeeze the dough into churro shape, fry it for just a few seconds in oil (until golden color), roll it in sugar and then squeeze in condensed milk.

🍕CUBAN PIZZA: Roll out the dough and place it on an individual, greased baking pan. Cover in pizza sauce and tons of cheese. Add ham and bake until the cheese is melted and the edges of the pizza start to brown.

🦞GARBANZO BEAN SEAFOOD SOUP: In a big pot, add tons of seafood (clams, shrimp, lobster, tuna, crab). Add seasoning, garbanzo beans, beer, tomato sauce and garlic. Pour all into a bowl and top with massive lobster claw. Sprinkle mixture of seasoning on top.
