Avenida Del Libertador

I filmed this walking video in July 2022 at around 2:30 PM. This walk starts at Plaza Palais de Glace and ends and follows Avenida del Libertador to Hipodromo Argentino de Palermo. This is a distance of around 4.2 km or 2.6 miles.

On this walk, we'll pass a number of Buenos Aires landmarks including plazas, monuments, museums, parks, and more. A few of the most signficant landmakrs we'll pass include:

-Monumento de Francia a la Argentina
-Recoleta Cemetery

-Plaza Alemania

-Monumento a La Carta Magna y las Cuatro Regiones Argentinas
-Plaza Holanda
-Hipódromo de Palermo

During this walk, we'll also pass by some spectacular residential buildings. Some of Buenos Aires' most expensive real estate is found on Avenida del Libertador. The architecture here is incredible.

We'll also pass by some restaurants, kiosks, and other small businesses. Of course, we'll also pass by plenty of Argentinians enjoying the beautiful parks and plazas along this incredible avenue.

Avenida del Libertador is one of the main roads passing through Buenos Aires. It runs 25 km northwest from Retiro all the way to the suburb of San Fernando. Many of the city's most beautiful plazas, parks, and green spaces are found along this avenue.

I took this walk on my last full day in Buenos Aires. I spent a little over a month in the city. It started to rain toward the end of my walk. Luckily the weather held out and allowed me to finish the video.
