Now to cover the cook of the Salmon. Be sure to soak your wood planks in water for about an hour. Season the salmon with your favorite Cajun seasoning or the Bayou Blend from IV Grill Society https://ivgrillsociety.square.site/product/surf-turf-combo/35?cp=true&sa=true&sbp=true&q=false
Set your Pit Boss or Pellet grill to 200 degrees and let come to temp.
Add your food and let it go for about 30 minutes to get some good smoke time on the veggies and salmon. Bump to 250 and let cook to where the salmon is 140 internal and the veggies are soft and tender. The veggies finished before the salmon did. Serve and Enjoy!
