On this trip offshore were targeting a highly under rated fish, one that most don't even know is incredible eating; The Rainbow Runner. These picky eaters are sharp eyed , smart and fast swimming fish. I have eaten them many times cooked, sushi and poke bowls and its one of my top 10 favorite fish to catch and eat with out a doubt.
