Another day offshore beautiful South Florida in the Spring. One of the most exciting fish to catch and bring home is a Tuna. Everyone wants to catch and eat a Tuna they caught with their own hands, it just tastes better! In this video my guest of honor is my good buddy Capt. Eric Lion and we set out on a perfect day to catch a Tuna for dinner. Ill show you the most common way I rig up for simple drift fishing with live bait. Then after all the excitement, back at the dock, I'll show you how a quarter out my Tuna for quick easily processing. This video is pretty much everything you'll need to know minus the cooking or sushi rolling part.
