Homemade hummus
- 2 cans of chickpeas
- 2 tbsps tahini
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup water (depending on desired thickness)
- Salt & pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. Store in fridge (or freeze for later use).
