No Bake Bread Cake with Strawberries | No Oven Bread Cake Recipe

All you have to do is get the bread strawberries fresh cream and ginger beer from your local super market.

The bread with ginger beer is so moist like a sponge texture.
There is no hustle in making this bread cake as it's a super simple process and ingredients.

Tips
I'm using thick toast slices of bread in this video.
You can use normal toast sliced bread as well.
My strawberries are tart so I make the fresh cream sweeter than normal.
Adjust the amount of sugar less or more.
It's good to add or use different types of fruits such as grapes apples peaches etc.
Leave it in the fridge to set for about 3~5 hours (it's moist and easy to cut the bread cake with your folk without it breaking.)
I used ginger beer in this video and its fine to use ginger ale or a different flavour of fizzy drink.
Make stiff peaks of whipped cream.

Ingredients
4 slices of Bread
12~15 Strawberries
100~120ml Fresh Cream
2~2.5 Tbsp Sugar
1.5~2 Tbsp Ginger beer for each slices of bread
