Glute Activation (warmup) - easy booty band

1. Superset - Hard booty band

DONKEY KICKBACKS - 3x15 + 10 pulses each leg
HIP ABDUCTION - 3x15 + 10 pulses

After the 3 rounds 1-2 minutes rest

2. Superset - Hard booty band

SQUATS WITH SIDE KICKS - 3x15 + 10 squat pulses
GLUTE BRIDGE - 3x15 + 10 open pulses

How to build a bigger butt? - Here is my secret…

- Use a Booty Band (Harder band - bigger booty)
- Minimal rest between the exercises when you workout at home
- Activate your glutes before the training (warming up)
- Always squat with band (grow only booty not the legs)
- Eat clean, you need more calories if you want to bulid a brazil booty

2 more tips:

- If you want more challenge, you can use ankle weights also together with band
- If this wourkout is too hard for you, let’s do the complete training without booty band :)
