Kaizuka City & Culver City: A Sister City Thank You

In 1975 Culver City and Kaizuka City in Japan formed Sister City bonds of friendship. This video documents the work of a Culver City artist who created a special gift for the Japanese people to reciprocate for Kaizuka City's gift of a custom made garden created at the library.
