AMAZING SECRET HIDEAWAY - The Hobbit House in L.A.

Considered by many to be more incredible of an achievement in architecture than
the famous WITCH'S HOUSE in Beverly Hills or the WATTS TOWERS. Built by one man from 1946 to 1970, the Hobbit Houses are a stone's throw from MGM in Culver City.

The Culver City Historical Society conducted the first-ever tour of these charming apartments, designated a historic monument. Bob Grant, the resident manager and a personal friend of the builder, Lawrence Joseph, presents a history of the property and narrates the tours.
