Intro to the Tempo Fitness Studio

This is simply my own home video show-casing what a Tempo Studio is and what it's like to own one so that I can explain it more easily to anyone who asks.

Given the brevity, there are obviously a lot of things I don't cover here (like live classes, active recovery classes, mobility classes) but my main goal was to give people a closer look at what it really feels like to work out with one of these. Hopefully it will help give you a better idea of whether it is the right product for you or not!
