Hi friends! In this video I will be doing a Tempo Studio review, which is an all in one at home fitness solution with built in AI. I will be going over the unit, the interface, the new My Plan update, and show a Tempo Studio workout in action! Keep in mind I am at the start of my fitness journey so this is an out of shape beginner perspective on using the machine! The Tempo Studio is an incredible machine and I put the most into this video out of anything I've done before on this channel because I wanted to do it right!
