The practice of pranayama is an integral part of the yogic tradition, as it controls this life-force to unlock a range of benefits and serves as a link between the conscious and the subconscious. Practicing it positively affects your actions, thoughts and overall health. Through the combination of Yogic Breath, Bhastrika and Anuloma Viloma - this flow will help open up your lungs, boost your energy levels, remove drowsiness, calm the mind, remove unwanted toxins and prepare you for a deeper practice of meditation as well.
