The Blood Orange Mead

We are adding the Blood Orange Puree into the Blood Orange mead today! I'm really excited to see what this tastes like and how it ages. The ingredients are:

1 Gallon of Spring Wayer
3 Pounds of Desert Creek Honey
1 Packet of Lalvin K1-V1116 Yeast
1 Can of Blood Orange Puree
