20 Oz of Vitners Blackberry Wine Base
Water Up to 1 Gallon
2.5 Grams of Mangrove Jacks M05 Yeast
1 Tbs of Chicory Root
1/2 tsp of Wine Tannin
1/4 Oz of Dried Orange Peel
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 Vanilla Bean

Stabilized and Backsweetened with 1/2 Pound of Sourwood honey
