Honey Location Matters? Blueberry Honey Test

Today we're seeing what the difference is between a blueberry honey from Maine and a Blueberry honey from Massachusetts! We are using honey from Maine's Bees and some from Crystals Honey. Both of these sources are awesome and I will definitely be including some information about each of them below if you want to use them. Big shoutout to BC ( @Doin the Most ) for letting me use his brew space and helping me with this taste test!

Recipes Used for each:

1.6 Pounds of Blueberry Honey (from each)
Water Up to 1 Gallon
1.5 Grams of Lalvin D47
Stabilized with Potassium Sorbate & Potassium Metabisulfite
Backsweetened with 1/3 Pound of honey from each

Maine's Bees
SG: 1.042
After Primary: .996
After Backsweetening: 1.014

Crystals Honey
SG: 1.040
After Primary: .996
After Backsweetening: 1.014
