Speaker Duncan Wardle was Vice President of Innovation and Creative for the Walt Disney Company, leading a creative team and innovation catalysts. The Disney Innovation and Creative team works across Disney's corporate divisions (Pixar, Marvel, Lucas Films, ABC, ESPN, Animation and Disney Parks) as creative consultants and agents of cultural change.

Prior to heading Creative Inc, Duncan Wardle was vice president of global public relations for Disney parks worldwide. For the past three decades, Duncan has held executive roles at the Walt Disney Company in London, Paris, Los Angeles, Hong Kong, Mumbai and, most recently, Shanghai.

His lectures are highly engaging and entertaining, as he starts from the three learning styles: auditory, visual and kinesthetic; Duncan fully immerses the audience in an interactive workshop / forum that helps not only to resolve any doubts, but proposes tools that offer tangible results by taking on challenges with innovation and creativity.
