‘Bawat Bayan Makikinabang: Pampanga’ 5/14/2026
Clark Picnic Grounds, Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga
May 14, 2026
President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. led the ‘Bawat Bayan Makikinabang: Pampanga’ program, which extends government assistance to barangay leaders, scholars and indigenous people (IP) beneficiaries at the Clark Freeport Zone in Pampanga on May 14, 2026.
During the program, the President led the ceremonial turnover of financial assistance from the Socio-Civic Projects Fund (SCPF). A total of Php101 million in SCPF assistance was turned over to barangay captains in Pampanga, and an additional Php6.6 million was provided to barangay captains in Angeles City.
He announced that each barangay will receive Php200,000, with half allocated to educational assistance for five (5) scholars nearing graduation and facing financial difficulties.
The Chief Executive also led the distribution of rice to indigenous people (IP) groups under the Local Government Support Fund (LGSF), reaffirming the Administration’s continued support for regular rice assistance and barangay-led initiatives in Pampanga.
Under the program, beneficiaries will receive 10 kilograms of rice every two (2) months to ease the burden of rising basic commodity prices.
