You do not need equipment to get more toned and fuller looking thighs. Follow along with me in this 10 min workout. Feel free to pause the video any time you need an extra break!

The exercises covered are:

Wall Sit
Reverse Lunges
Squats with Pulses
Lunges with Pulses
Single Leg Hip Bridges (with arms)
Step Up Squats
Glute Bridges with Leg Extensions/Kicks
Straight Leg Fire Hydrants
Crab Walks
Knee Raises to Abductions
Wall Sit Finisher
