Texas A&M Corps of Cadets and Aggie Liberators of WWII Receive Guardian of the Human Spirit Award
At the Museum's annual luncheon, the Texas A&M University Corps of Cadets and Aggie Liberators of WWII received the prestigious Guardian of the Human Spirit Award.
The Texas A&M University Corps of Cadets sent 20,229 Aggies to serve in WWII, generating seven Congressional Medal of Honor recipients. We recognize the values Aggie Corps members demonstrated then and now: leadership, service and integrity; and honor Corps of Cadets liberators of WWII who witnessed unspeakable atrocities while displaying courage and compassion.
