Washing our Pop Up Camper Revealed Some MAJOR Problems | 2008 Jayco Select 12 HW

In this video, the plan for the Jayco Select 12HW was to clean out the interior, wash the exterior and then get started on repairing the front storage box water damage. However, the latter went out the window when we discovered damage to the side aluminum panel of our pop up along with a shoddy repair to the fiberglass roof, both of which were allowing water into our pop up! As a result, this video details our method for repairing the aluminum siding as well as patching the fiberglass roof. For the large hole in the fiberglass roof, we decided to completely cut out the damage and replace it with an 11” by 11” 12v roof vent fan. Conveniently, the location of the whole is directly above the shower and directly next a 12v light, allowing for easy wiring.
