In order to locate the Gloom Skewer in Grounded 2 you will need to travel to the very bottom chamber of the Toxic Anthill and chop down some mushrooms blocking a cave with your Tier 2 Omni Axe

After retrieving the Gloom Skewer you will also unlock the recipe to craft more
