There's a lot of advice out there for getting lean, and the truth is, most of what you'll hear is low-quality advice. You've probably heard about getting into a calorie deficit, going low carb, keto, paleo, doing intermittent fasting, and probably a lot of other conventional fat loss diets.
Some of those tips might help you get leaner, and some might steer you in the wrong direction. However, there's one side of this journey to a lean body that "experts" rarely talk about. And that's just how difficult it really is is to reach 10% body fat and to change your lifestyle.
At some point in your fitness journey, you'll realize, same as I did, that there are no tricks or quick fixes for getting a lean body and for keeping it long-term. And the work it takes to manage your nutrition, training, recovery, to organize everything, to keep learning can be quite overwhelming at times. Amid all these tips and tricks for fat loss, people tend to forget that sometimes you can't make the journey easier, you can only make yourself stronger.
I know I would have wanted to hear this when I was starting, and I hope the message from this video and my experience help you with your fitness journey.
