$4,000 Apartments in Miami are EMPTY

Real estate developers in Miami, Florida are charging $4,000 for new apartments and are struggling to find renters. Many of these apartments in Miami are sitting empty because locals can't afford it.

The median household income in Miami is only $60,000, meaning most renters in the area are paying 50% of their gross income toward rent costs. Which is not a sustainable situation.

It could be why people have started to leave Miami. And could also cause a housing crash later in 2023 and 2024.
