The UK Housing Market Is In BIG Trouble! (UK House Price Crash 2023)

UK house prices have been FALLING for over 8 MONTHS and things are about to get a LOT WORSE! Mortgage rates are rising AGAIN, inflation is still out of control, demand is falling through the floor and Rightmove listings have doubled in the past 12 months!

The UK housing market is built upon cheap debt and without low interest rates the housing market will almost certainly collapse.

The Bank of England has increased the base rate 12 times in a row and they aren't done yet, the markets are currently pricing in that BOE base rates could reach as high as 5.5% by the end of 2023.

Without cheap debt, mortgage costs have soared with homeowners now facing interest rates at least double what they have been used to paying for the past decade.

Some market commentators have been making UK house price predictions that everything is fine and the current house price falls are just a blip. I completely disagree, the UK property market is in big trouble and a UK house price crash

When you combine raging inflation, relentless BOE rate rises, spiraling mortgage costs, decreasing housing demand, an increased supply of available properties, zero economic growth and falling real world wages, a housing market crash seems inevitable.
