R&B and co-counsel file civil lawsuit for forced confession, wrongful conviction of Marilyn Mulero

A press conference on July 25, 2023 detailed litigation on behalf of a Chicago mother wrongfully incarcerated for 28 years because of a tortured and forced confession by Chicago Police officers, including former Detective Reynaldo Guevara.
