45 Minute ALL STANDING Low Impact Cardio & Abs | No Repeat Workout - If you like the all standing workouts, then this one is for you. If you've done any of my low impact workouts before, then you'll no that low impact does not mean low intensity! This workout is no exception. I was sweating within a few minutes. Grab some light dumbbells to ramp up the low impact cardio and standing ab exercises. Such a great workout. Enjoy!
